Mark created and leads the team at CAPTIVATE, the creative and performing arts program for primary and secondary Catholic schools in the Diocese of Parramatta, and has over 20 years’ experience in specialist performing arts education. Mark’s other professional experience is in the commercial media and professional theatre, having worked as a radio producer, actor, dramaturge and director in Sydney and Melbourne and has written as a theatre critic for The Sydney Morning Herald. He remains closely involved with the professional performing arts community and is passionate about the developmental power of drama in providing young people with the confidence and skills to embrace their future. Alex has been in the Entertainment and Education Industry for more than 25 years and was trained in all genres of the Performing Arts. She was Head of Performance, at the Australian International Performing Arts High School, Head of Dance at the McDonald College of Performing Arts and was Concept and Creator of the first VETAB accredited Certificate IV in Performing Arts. With three children aged from 3 to 12, Alex is committed to providing quality arts education right from the beginning of every child’s development.
